ABCT Parent Updates

HI Everyone! Here is the rehearsal schedule through the performances for your planning and reference needs. Each week, we will continue to send out the emails with the rehearsals and calls. The calendar on the website also reflects this information:  https://www.appleboxtheater.com/calendar   Also, please note the scheduled WORK DAYS after some of the Saturday Rehearsals. We are still lining up places where we can do things like build stuff and paint flats (let us know if you have a workshop), but we will include work day schedules in the weekly emails. Hi Everyone! The cast seems to be having fun developing their characters and creating little bits we are sure the audience will enjoy...thanks for getting them to rehearsal! New info: We have moved rehearsals to the  Black Box Theater in Nursing/Math ! We will be rehearsing mostly in that space, but we might also go to OPE or ITC as listed. If you need to find us during rehearsal, text  971-261-0710. ALSO,  CHS students who want WOU College credit need to come to rehearsal on 5/23 at 4:30pm AND 5/30 at 4:30 . If you can't help, we ask you to contribute $50 to ABCT. If you can't help and can't contribute, let us know at  appleboxtheater@gmail.com , and we'll make other arrangements.  Pick-up and Drop-off is always by Rice Auditorium .  If you (or your kiddo) are late and we're not at the check-in desk,  text  ABCT's shiny new text number:  971-261-0710 , and we'll tell you where we are/come get you. If there is a new conflict or your child needs to skip rehearsal, please email  appleboxtheater@gmail.com  or  text  971-261-0710. Sure! All the named parts have lines. "Gossip Girls" also have lines.  These important parts don't have lines but will be so fun! Hi! This is the parent/participant list for the ABCT 2023 show El Principe Oso or The Bear Prince.  If you think you have received this email in error, reply to appleboxtheater@gmail.com and we'll take you off the list.  We're so excited for the first rehearsal and casting of El Principe Oso! We are nailing down casting, and I will email the final cast list on Friday .  I've included the Parent Information sheet below, in case you couldn't make it to the parent meeting during auditions. Look there for pick-up and Drop-off info. First Rehearsal Please note the f irst rehearsal/read through is May 6, 9-11 am at ITC 211 at WOU.  Only actors with lines are required to come to read-through . everyone else is welcome to come listen Scripts will be distributed during the read-through, but they'll be passed out at later rehearsals, too.
