A few requests for the show

Hi All, It's showtime (or will be in a few hours)! We have a few last minute needs that we are hoping some of you might be able to help with: Does anyone have a cash box we can use at concessions? Can someone bring a large cooler for the drinks at concessions? Can someone pick up ice to use in the cooler each day before the show? We have one volunteer for the concessions table tonight and several folks available on Saturday, but so far no one available for Friday. We could probably use one more person tonight and 1-2 people for tomorrow night. It is a great seat to watch the show from. If you are willing to help out at the table, please add your name to this document. We also still need some folks to help with managing the kids backstage. If you are able to help, please let us know on this documen t. Our actors are doing an amazing job and I'm excited to see them shine tonight! C

Fourth of July Parade

Hi Families! As if the week of performances wasn't exciting enough, we have the opportunity to participate in the local festivities for the Fourth of July as well.  Some participants will be asked to perform a scene or two in the park during the late afternoon of July 3. We will notify those people as soon as possible.  Elementary aged participants will be walking with the Apple Box banner in the children's parade and should wear their Apple Box t-shirts . We will meet in front of the Natural Sciences and Mathematics building at 11:15 .  Middle and High School aged participants are encouraged to join us for the full parade route. Actors will be showcasing some of our costumes . Students on the float who are not in costume should wear their  Apple Box t-shirts . We will be handing out candy and information about our program and its partners during the parade. Participants should meet at the float at 11:15 for judging. Please take a moment to let us know if your children can (or...

I will bring some cases of water to get us started and I will send out a message if we need more. Practice at CHS tomorrow

Hello families!  The weather tomorrow is looking kind of iffy, so, rather than risking 70 soggy kiddos, we are going to have practice at CHS instead of WOU. The work party afterwards will also be at CHS.  Hopefully changing our plans tomorrow will be enough to encourage the sun to finally come for the rest of the weekend and during the rest of our practices and performances, which will be on the outdoor stage at WOU :) CG

Release forms

Hi Parents! Hope you are enjoying this rainy Saturday. It's a good day to be inside rehearsing lines, right?  While you're stuck inside, Please fill out the release forms for Apple Box and WOU . The ABCT release also asks for contact information, in case we can't reach you.  Just this week because of a schedule mix-up, we had a couple little kids waiting here (with adults) for a while because we couldn't reach their parents and we had no listing for alternates.  WOU's release form is necessary so we can practice and perform on campus. Thank you for all you do and for supporting Apple Box!  Maren Anderson ABCT Release (with contact numbers) Google form. Just fill it out. WOU Release (for when we move onto campus) fill out and either print and send to rehearsal or email pdf to this address.
