Parent Information sheet
Things are a little different this year.
Directors
Three WOU students will serve as directors this year: Lucy Garcia, Sergio Palomar Solis, and Ally Warner. They are all Theater and Education majors. Also, we welcome Rob Harriman back to direct a few scenes, too!
Central High School students will also be directing and working in a similar way as last year. Casper Anderson is the Artistic Director and Stage Manager.
Volunteering
Charles Anderson is our Parent Volunteer Coordinator this year. He'll be organizing you all. 🙂 We need all the help we can get this year. Please fill in the volunteer sheet below. We especially need sewers/costume makers and builders this year.
Rehearsals
First rehearsal/read through is May 6, 9-11 am at ITC 211 at WOU.
Rehearsals will be from 4:30-6:30 Tuesdays and Thursdays and Saturdays from 9-11 until school ends. Then we will move to rehearsals nearly every evening. Your child may not need to attend every rehearsal. The schedule will be available soon after Sunday, May 7.
Rehearsals will be held in various places on Western Oregon University's campus. Venues will be listed in the weekly parent email, but there is only one pick-up and drop-off place for every rehearsal.
