ABCT Weekly Schedule 5/22-5/27

Hi Everyone! The cast seems to be having fun developing their characters and creating little bits we are sure the audience will enjoy...thanks for getting them to rehearsal!

New info:
  • We have moved rehearsals to the Black Box Theater in Nursing/Math! We will be rehearsing mostly in that space, but we might also go to OPE or ITC as listed. If you need to find us during rehearsal, text 971-261-0710.
  • ALSO, CHS students who want WOU College credit need to come to rehearsal on 5/23 at 4:30pm AND 5/30 at 4:30. We will go to the writing center to get them started registering for the class. They need to fill out this form and will need their Social Security Number to do this. 
Old Info: 
  • We are (still) working on scheduling work days and chaperone shifts.  PLEASE fill in the Parent Participation form to let us know how you can help. 
  • If you can't help, we ask you to contribute $50 to ABCT. 
  • If you can't help and can't contribute, let us know at appleboxtheater@gmail.com, and we'll make other arrangements. 
  • Pick-up and Drop-off is always by Rice Auditorium. 
    • If you (or your kiddo) are late and we're not at the check-in desk, text ABCT's shiny new text number: 971-261-0710, and we'll tell you where we are/come get you.
    • If there is a new conflict or your child needs to skip rehearsal, please email appleboxtheater@gmail.com or text 971-261-0710. Don't reply to these weekly emails...it operates like "reply all."

ABCT Weekly Update - 6/19 - 6/25

From ABCT, Happy Father's Day to all the fathers, and those who fill a fatherly role, in the group! It's been a fun week of full length rehearsals and the show is coming together, scene by scene. We so appreciate all of your hard work while we make these memorable moments for your kiddos.  With that in mind,  we need some extra help tomorrow to move sets to WOU . If you have a truck and a little extra energy, please come help move big stuff over to WOU tomorrow night, Monday 6/20, from  6-8 pm. Another important update we need to share is that, today, we were notified that a cast member has tested positive for Covid. Please take extra care this week. If you have a child who is symptomatic or is showing signs of fatigue or cold symptoms, please keep them home. We encourage masking if your child is comfortable doing so. We are so close to pulling this show off and we would be regretful if parts of the cast were sick during our performances.  And now for the good stuff...rehearsa...
